General Membership Benefits

1. After free registration, you will become a permanent general member.
2. You have the privilege to shop on the platform.
3. If the purchased item is damaged, you can contact customer service within 7 days to replace it with a product of equal value. We do not offer refunds.

Platinum Membership Benefits

1. Our platinum membership operates on an annual subscription basis.
2. The annual fee is MYR 59. After payment, you will receive 50 Fun Coins, which can be used to redeem products on the platform.
3. Platinum members earn additional Fun Coins with each purchase.
4. Fun Coins can be used to redeem any product on the platform.
5. The purchase price and Fun Coin redemption value for products will be clearly displayed.
6. New Fun Coins will be rewarded whether you use fiat currency or Fun Coins to shop.
7. The Fun Coin reward value for each product will be displayed in the product description.
8. 8Platinum members who purchase goods with fiat currency will receive an additional bonus. The bonus value is the product of the Fun coins earned from shopping multiplied by a specified rate. Each bonus will be paid into the cash wallet over 12 months. The shopping rate may be adjusted monthly, and the new rate will be announced between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
9. Monthly bonuses will be issued between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
10. As a platinum member, you can refer others to become members. You will earn profits from members you directly refer (first-tier) and those they refer (second-tier).
11. Referral commission and bonus details:
    1. For the first-generation referral upgrading to a Platinum member, deduct 5% from the returned Fun Coin amount as commission. For the second-generation referral upgrading to a Platinum member, deduct 2.5% from the returned Fun Coin amount as commission.
    2. When referrals shop, earn a 5% commission from Fun Coins of the first-tier, and 2.5% from the second-tier. Commissions are paid in cash.
    3. When your first-generation referrals shop online, you can earn a bonus from the Fun Coins they acquire. This bonus will be distributed over 12 months, and will be disbursed between the 1st and 3rd of each month. The monthly referral shopping rate might be adjusted, and the new rate will be announced between the 1st and 3rd of each month. For the Fun Coins bonus from your second-generation referrals, it will be calculated at 50% of the announced rate and will also be distributed over 12 months
12. All commission and bonus earnings will appear in the cash wallet. You can choose to withdraw or convert into Fun Coins.
13. Platinum members enjoy the commission, bonus, and Fun Coin system.
14. If a purchased item is damaged, platinum members can also choose to replace it with an item of equal value within 7 days. Refund service is not applicable.
15. By choosing to become a platinum member, you agree to all terms and conditions of the company.
16. Fun Trade reserves the right to reject any membership application or terminate any membership at any time.
17. Members must ensure the authenticity of the information provided and update it promptly.
18. Please safeguard your account and password information, and do not disclose it to others.
19. Members must comply with company regulations and applicable laws, and must not engage in any illegal actions or harm the interests of the company or other members.
20. The company assumes no responsibility for violations of terms or laws by members.
21. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. All updates will be posted on the website.
