We accept returns WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS from the day of parcel receipt (based on courier tracking number record)

We accept returns for all items [except Clearance/SALE/Discounted items (using any of our promo codes)]

Items should be returned in its original condition (all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered). We reserve the right to reject any returns if conditions above are not met. If color runs after soaking the item(s), it is strictly not returnable.

Unsatisfactory item returns with reasons such as Slight colour variation/slight design variation, Do not like the item, Item does not fit, postage will not be the responsibility by us.

Returns can only made one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned in the consequent time.

All returns must include the purchase invoice. Please contact us if purchase invoice is lost.

The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. As we are based in West Malaysia, please allow 4-7 working days for your exchange item(s) to be reached at our store.

The return is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

Minor flaws (such as washable stains, stitching problem, flaws does not affect apparel and etc) not considered a defect

All accessories (such as: inner strap/belt/button) are not included in our selling price, if there is any damage, it will not be refunded or exchanged

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

First of all, search your order number in your account. Select the item that you would like to return to us. Let us know why do you want to return the item. Fill in the consignment number of your return item at the provided column. Your request has been processed, we will notify you soon.

Please do not send the item/s back on your own accord before filling in the return form. Return without filling the form will be rejected and bounced back to you.
